Trade Marketeer
Fulltime Amersfoort – hybrid
This is more than just a Trade Marketeer role it’s your opportunity to help shape
Paula’s Choice in retail across Europe and beyond.
As Trade Marketeer, you’ll be at the centre of it all: planning new launches with key retailer, developing promotional strategies, conducting competitive market analysis, support education and training material for stores.
You will own the full visual merchandising lifecycle from early concept architecture to implementation and hindsight reviews.
What will you do?
- Plan and execute marketing and promotion strategy that aligns with the business goals.
- Support planning and execution activation calendar for Key accounts (Sephora, Douglas DACH & KICKS).
- Develop and own marketing materials such as retail/NPD playbook, one-pagers, presentations, video, and product documentation that are tailored to the needs of B2B accounts (example; Douglas, Sephora, Bijenkorf …).
- Conduct competitive analysis on retail activations with focus on key accounts and within group portfolio (luxury masstige), trend watching and market research.
- Support area managers and field sales with the necessary training tools and educational materials information to effectively sell and educate.
- Responsible for Visual Merchandise.
- Collecting and reporting on EU sell-in / sell-out data.
- Product Owner for retail+ creative team and Agile way of working.
- Product Owner for New Product Launches.
What will you bring?
- 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or B2B marketing within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Preferably experience working with large retail chains or key accounts across Europe
- Creative thinker with analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in marketing tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Suite
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a strong advantage
