Here at Just Eat Takeaway.com, we deliver fantastic food across 25 countries from the Netherlands to New Zealand. To support the 90 million active users and over 200,000 restaurants on our platform, we rely on ‘Scoober’ – our global logistics operation.

The Recruitment Marketing team focuses on getting the right talent to the right team when it’s needed. From the couriers that deliver dishes from the kitchen to the counter to the sales team that bring on new restaurant partners. You will help support recruitment marketing efforts across all segments.

In this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Coordinate a variety of meaningful projects with the rest of the recruitment marketing team (marketing communication, campaigns analysis, channels prioritisation, etc)

Impact the way we hire Couriers and Corporate roles across all our markets, while interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders

Translate recruitment funnel changes to actionable performance marketing reactions, optimising lead inflow and quality

Participate in data driven process improvement projects with the opportunity to shape our future

Report & explain results to the rest of the team

Deliver performance reporting, dashboards & insights

Can you deliver…

Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either a marketing or business related field

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

A well-organised and proactive mindset with close attention to detail

A proactive, innovative and open-minded approach to your work

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Available full-time for a period of 6 months
