Your Role
As part of our Digital Media team, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of video, social, and display campaigns for the world’s biggest brands. From YouTube takeovers and TikTok trends, to high-impact display campaigns, you’ll craft full-funnel strategies that out-perform the competition and resonate with your target audience.
What You’ll Do
Strategize and Execute: Develop and manage digital branding and performance campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic channels
Own the Numbers: Monitor performance, optimize mid-flight, and report with clarity by turning data into actionable insights
Client Partner: Act as a trusted advisor for your clients, proactively identifying growth opportunities and innovations within digital media or our portfolio of agency services
Collaborate: Work with creatives, strategists, and analytics specialists to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns
Grow: Upskill through our global dentsu Academy, get certified (Meta, Google, DV360, TikTok), and join knowledge-sharing sessions with experts across the EMEA region
Your Profile
2–4 years of experience in digital media, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
Proven knowledge of paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit), YouTube, and Benelux Display & video (DV360, GDN) advertising landscape
Strong analytical skills, turning data into actionable insights, and comfortable working with Excel, Data Studio, or dashboards
You’re proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage given our local client base
A team player who brings ideas, energy, and takes initiative
