Function Description
We make an effort to listen to our customers. To know their “likes” and “dislike”, to understand their interest and concerns, who they are, what they care about, and what they do. We follow them into their virtual world.
We are driven to perfection not only because we know our audience but also because we perfectly understand the specific nature of each social media channel. Besides the international and regional Mercedes-Benz pages, we also cover specialist areas such as AMG-motorsport, lifestyle pages, or classic cars.
As brand ambassadors, we are able to change and adapt the tone of voice between each platform to engage our followers and generate social conversations.
Day to day, we share our passion for the world of Mercedes-Benz alongside our 40+ million fans, whether it is a product inquiry, complaint, or simply a token of appreciation.
Our Fans can engage with us via X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and many more channels in 16 languages.
Job Requirements
We are living in a fast-moving and dynamic environment that requires strong customer focus, creativity, and a particular interest in the automotive sector and technology.
We are looking for you if you already use social media naturally. Experience with community management, social listening, and trend-watching is a plus.
We believe in the strength of doing things together, teamwork is an essential part of our daily business.

Compensation
- Starting salary of €2,782 for 40 hours of work per week (excluding shift allowance)
- Fix working shift (Sunday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday)
- Holiday allowance: 8% of annual salary
- Hybrid working mode
